Emergency repair I am from Pittsburgh, PA, and contacted Ganley Subaru of Bedford when I had a sudden malfunction of all computerized systems in my 2017 Forester. Shoc I am from Pittsburgh, PA, and contacted Ganley Subaru of Bedford when I had a sudden malfunction of all computerized systems in my 2017 Forester. Shocking to say the least! I called Ganley about 3:15 pm Thursday, and Chris Wiley assisted me/said I come in first thing the next morning. The problem- an emissions sensor- was diagnosed quickly/repairs from that point took about 1.5 hours. Chris was very courteous, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to my problem. I have nothing but good things to say about him! The bad news is that Subaru of America refused to cover what was clearly an emissions warranty issue; I will now be fighting with them to be reimbursed for the cost of this very unexpected repair (over $600.). I highly recommend Ganley and am very pleased with the help Chris provided in resolving my problem asap. Kudos to the technicians too. I'm very unhappy with "Subaru Central's" failure to cover the repair, which has been an issue before with other malfunctions and will prevent me from buying another Subaru in the future if it is not fully reimbursed. Met Mike back in November when I was starting my search for a new vehicle. Wasn’t quite ready then but he made quite an impression so when I was ready this month of course I went back to him. He had taken so much time with me back in November that I knew exactly what car I wanted. Due to the pandemic the availability of the model I wanted was down to 1! Mike made sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted and for a fantastic price! Mike is super knowledgeable when it comes to Subarus. He knows EVERYTHING about them! The finance department is top notch! I appreciate everyone that helped with the sale of my Forester sport. If you’re looking for a New or used Subaru head over and see Mike Bryson. You won’t be disappointed! He will answer any question for you at anytime (just don’t bug him overnight-the man needs to sleep!). More
