I need to to figure out this. We were there to get recall service and 15 months maintenance. Everything is fine except the car was scratched around front hood. We left the car there for several hours and found out they only put a little paint on the scratch, leaving a shallow hole on the hood. We wish the repair could have done better because you folks are professionals. More
