Could have been really bad Vehicle was in for two recalls. I thought it would be more convenient to have the dealership do the oil change and tire rotation while there. Even though higher priced, my daughter and mother were heading out of town and timing was more convenient. My daughter called 5 hours into the trip that the low oil light was illuminated. She had no other option but to press on to the destination. Upon arrival, oil continued to leak all over the driver. We took it to a local Subaru dealer, upon the request of Ganley. Ganley's service never placed the oil cap back on after changing the oil which caused the oil to be completely empty. While Ganley paid the tab for the service out of state, it provided no comfort. In a follow up two days later, Ganley offered...wait for it....the next oil change to be on them. Um, no thanks. I wasn't seeking anything, but suggested if anything to refund for the oil change I paid for. Never heard back. More
Recall and Oil Change I have used Ganley since purchasing my Giulia in 2018. Each visit has been great. My only issue this visit is the latest recall was done on the car, I have used Ganley since purchasing my Giulia in 2018. Each visit has been great. Job not completed I had my car in for routine maintence and two recalls only one recall was done they total me the other would take three days and did not have a loaner I had my car in for routine maintence and two recalls only one recall was done they total me the other would take three days and did not have a loaner, I have left over five voice mail for the service manager John , but he has not returned my call this has been going on since July 1. I told he it hard for me to answer my phone from work so just schedule the service and leave message, As of July 15 he has called twice and total me to call him which I have done and he never calls me back. I wish Andrew was still there never had a problem when he was there. Also I told them they could come pick up my car and I would use my daughters to get back and fourth to work while they were fixing. The car is running awful. More

That's not good.. So that was a waste of time but Chris was very nice and washed the car for me. The recall was finally done on 7/15 without problem. Chrissy took good and prompt care and provided the arranged loaner. She called me promptly once the car was ready. All good! More
The people that work in service are awesome. They where able to get everything coordinated and shipped and got 2 front struts and mounts plus lug bolts and a few others done in 5 days.
