Really enjoyed my car leasing experience at Ganley Subaru. I didn’t get the high pressure, you can’t leave without signing a deal experience that car dealers typically try. prompt and economical last year I had a rattle in the passenger door of my GTI. Actually they did thid twice at the same visit but solved the problem that no one elsecould solve. It brought back my joy of driving this car. The car was recently in for service and all went well. This is a truly fine VW service facility. More
I wish the service tech would not change my car settings - change the radio station and volume, change the seat adjustments, turn off the lane departure and lane keep assist,etc. If they must change somethi - change the radio station and volume, change the seat adjustments, turn off the lane departure and lane keep assist,etc. If they must change something, as much as possible, put it back the way it was. Great Job Helping with Air Conditioning Problem Bought our Ascent from here 9 months ago. AC water was leaking into the passenger compartment. The Worst Experience of my life I leased a 2020 Stelvio on 5/16/2020, I have been left stranded and had to have my vehicle towed to the dealer three times; each time within 48 hours I leased a 2020 Stelvio on 5/16/2020, I have been left stranded and had to have my vehicle towed to the dealer three times; each time within 48 hours of receiving it back from the Alfa Romeo service department. My most recent tow occurred on 6/22/2020 (after picking my car up from a 9-day stay at the dealership). Today marks day 21st dat that my car has been back at the dealer and all of my texts, emails, and voicemail messages that I have left for Gabe and/or Alexis, and Ryan have been ignored. I do not have a diagnosis on my vehicle and have no clue what is going on with my car. I have had the vehicle for less than 60 days and it has been "getting fixed" for over 40 of those days. I am so unhappy. I am only 2 months in to my lease and I absolutely can not wait until these 24 months are over. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I should have just stayed with Lincoln.
