All of the reps were very polite and helpful and made sure that the loaner vehicle was ready for us the day of the application. Our car was finished on time and in great shape. This wasn't our first experience with the Ganley Subaru Service Department since my wife leases a Crosstrek and we have had our service done there in the past with the same great results. Some were drinking and I also noticed one wiping his nose on his arm surprised that mechanics were not wearing masks nor were they social distancing.
