Disappointed I sent in my review the week after my service on June 8, 2020. I have not received a response. The person who greeted me at the desk was very good, thorough, and wore a mask. However, I was very surprised that the majority of employees transporting the vehicles to and from the customers had no masks, gloves or protection for the seats. More

Just one thing They fixed a recall and when I picked up my car they gave me the paperwork and I left. The next day I received an email telling me my car needed addit They fixed a recall and when I picked up my car they gave me the paperwork and I left. The next day I received an email telling me my car needed additional service. So I looked at the 2nd. page on the paperwork and see that is said I needed a new filter for my HVAC. I wish they had brought it to my attention while I was there and I would have had them do it then since I was already there. It's a good 25 minute drive from my house so it's kind of a pain to have to set up another appointment. That would be my only complaint. More
