Service was good...first impression wasn’t I think I’ve been spoiled having been a toyota customer for over 10 years. I pulled in the service door and sat there. No one came out, no one told me I think I’ve been spoiled having been a toyota customer for over 10 years. I pulled in the service door and sat there. No one came out, no one told me what to do next. Finally a technician came over and graciously told me to leave my key in the car and go through a door. I stood there in what looked like a construction area...with cones and tapes and not one person. Once again I had never been there before, and didn’t know what to do next. Finally a man came out, never told me his name and asked if I had an appointment. He said he would do a walk around and be right back. He did paperwork, told me what would be done, had me sign a paper that was hard to reach over the tape and cones, and showed me where to wait. The waiting area was fine, the work dine was fine and done in a timely manner. It’s a shame the initial impressions were so off putting, More
