I had a 10am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took them over 2 hours to attend to my car. They were nice enough not to charge me for my inconvenience, but when I got to my car I chec rotation. It took them over 2 hours to attend to my car. They were nice enough not to charge me for my inconvenience, but when I got to my car I checked and they never rotated my tires (I marked them before I went in). Also, this is not the first time this has happened. When I informed the desk, they acted surprised that I wanted them rotated, though it says it directly on the bill. The tires were rotated (another 20 minute delay). I just hope my oil was actually changed and the fluids topped off. I will have to check that since your service department can't be trusted. I doubt I will ever be back again since, as I pointed out above, this happened to me before at this location. I was hoping things had changed with new owners, but I guess not. Almost forgot. They didn't even wash the van. More

It has a bad transfer case that was verified by an independent mechanic and their service tech reluctantly agreed something is wrong, Discovered bad vibration on drive home called the next day figuring I would get some help with it having a 90 day powertrain warranty HAHA, (Beware) to them its only bad if you are left stranded who knows what other damage the vibration is doing, Basically told good riddance given no other option by the service advisor, I expected more from this dealership, This was not a $2000 beater, When test driving make sure you go on all road conditions at all speeds to help from getting a bad car while I'm getting estimates to replace my transfer case on my dime. It didn't feel like your personal information was announced to the whole room. The finance office was clean and private without feeling claustrophobic. John explained everything with our financing very thoroughly and to our satisfaction. The location is easily accessible with plenty of customer parking. We really appreciated how well we were treated by Rick and John. We will definitely recommend Ken Ganley Toyota to our friends and family; and will certainly consider buying here again. More
