We apologize if your experience was less than satisfactory. By your own admission, we sold you a Tacoma several months ago. We would be more than happy to sell you another vehicle. Unfortunately, you asked to see a Highlander Hybrid. Due to the world-wide vehicle shortage, we have not had a Highlander Hybrid available on the lot for sale for several months. The one Highlander (gas model) you did see on the lot was already sold and awaiting delivery to the customer. If you would like to order a Highlander Hybrid, we would be very happy to assist you.
