I came in today for an oil change and brought a valid coupon that was mailed to me. However, I was told by the service advisor that a specific person needed to be present to approve the coupon, and unfor coupon that was mailed to me. However, I was told by the service advisor that a specific person needed to be present to approve the coupon, and unfortunately, no one was available. As a result, I was told I would need to pay full price. This was extremely frustrating, as I made a trip specifically based on the offer in your mailer. If there are conditions or limitations on when a coupon can be used, those should be clearly stated. Otherwise, this feels misleading and borders on false advertising. More

We were offered a new lease, vehicle is newer but lower package and is ok not too impressed. Very disappointed and cannot believe it doesn’t come with floor mats.
