I had a recall appointment to this dealership and was waiting there around 1 h. Lisa was great! However, they cleaned my car so surface of the car wiped off. Oil pan repair noted that the plug was stripped. The dealer changes my oil, so the damage would’ve been done by them. Also, the noted one day repair on a Friday extended over the weekend to Monday. Surprise credit card fee added $15. They say they cant upgrade my 2018 Sienna to Carplay when I received a letter inviting me to do it and it says all over the internet the software can They say they cant upgrade my 2018 Sienna to Carplay when I received a letter inviting me to do it and it says all over the internet the software can be upgraded. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Brought car in for an oil change… check on air pressure on tires since the tire light was on… tire rotation and asked for a burnt out headlight to b Brought car in for an oil change… check on air pressure on tires since the tire light was on… tire rotation and asked for a burnt out headlight to be replaced…. First complaint… oil change was completed. However fluids were not topped offed as stated and as they have always done it the past. Next… tire pressure was not checked and the check tires light is still on… when they tried to replace the headlight they could not get it back in . They stated it was a problem with the socket but did not give me any details. I requested for it to be fixed and they stated they didn’t have time and made me schedule another appointment. I asked them to tell me was was wrong so I could handle it and the service vice advisor said they didn’t have anyone to look at it to even tell me how to get it fixed. The service advisor just wanted to get me out the door. I always take my car to the dealership for the convenience…and I don’t mind paying a little more for it however I will not be returning. Finally… there was some sort of extra service charge on the bill that was not even disclosed to me. Overall horrible experience. They lost a customer. More
