Josh was busy but took care of me right away when he saw me. The inspection took a little over an hour & Josh said it would take 1-1.5 hours. I am on my 3rd vehicle from Ken Ganley Toyota. When my lease is up next year I will probably get another one or buy the one I currently have. The service department is the main reason I keep coming back. Thank you More

Parked the car, pulled in to a tight space across from a pole and beside a fire hydrant. Of course we backed into the pole and damaged the bumper when leaving. Service tech took pics and said " this has bee pole and beside a fire hydrant. Of course we backed into the pole and damaged the bumper when leaving. Service tech took pics and said " this has been an ongoing problem" and that the Manager would call us to discuss repairs. Has been 2 weeks and no one has reached out. This type of customer service seems typical at Ken Ganley. I find other dealers offer better service. The question remaining is , Why use that particular parking spot? Why do they pull cars into spots instead of backing in so customers can pull forward to leave? or Why not pull the vehicle up to the door while you pay the cashier then you can walk out and leave? This is recommended as a safety precaution. All the other dealerships I've been to operate that way. It's the little details that make a difference and possibly avoid problems like this. More
