On Oct 28, 2023, around 8:45am my 2017 Toyota Highlander was towed to the Ken Ganley, Pittsburgh PA dealership for a diagnostic and mechanical repair. I arrived at the dealership around 9:00 am and did not was towed to the Ken Ganley, Pittsburgh PA dealership for a diagnostic and mechanical repair. I arrived at the dealership around 9:00 am and did not see my car. After waiting for about three hours, the service provider informed me I needed a new water pump and it would take three days. On Thursday November 2, I arrived to pick up the car and saw that the rear passenger side had a considerable amount of damage. On the multipoint inspection form for when the car arrives, there was no note of the damage. When I brought up the damage, Robert Killmeyer, Parts and Service Director, informed me that the car was towed there with the damage and that it was noted on the multipoint inspection form. This was noted on the form four days after the arrival of my vehicle. More

I called to have a problem diagnosed and get an inspection done. They had my car 2.5 hours. Told me they ran out of time to do the diagnosis. Which was needed to pass the inspection. Now I gotta find someone to fix my car last minute because I would never trust them to do a good job if they can't show a decent amount of consideration. More

The first time they looked at the vehicle to for repair it. I was told that it had to be painted, However, we had to wait for a loaner car to be available. I called the service department on the following Friday because I was told that it would probably be done by Lisa. She was not there that day so I spoke to a young gentleman. I asked if the car was done and was told that it was done. I asked if I could pick up the car on Saturday and was told that was fine. We went to pick up the car and it was not done so we had to make a special trip to pick up the car. I did not think that she was friendly at any time I had to deal with her. Obviously the service department is disorganized and no one seems to know what is going on but pretend that they do. I got the feeling that no one cared either. The paint job is a shade lighter and the shine is off compared to the rest of the vehicle. Did they forget the clear coat afterwards. They also got grey paint on the license plate protector so I replay it. That is not a problem but having to make unnecessary extra trips back and forth was. More

Terrible. I arrived early for a state inspection and a tire rotation and oil change took over three hours arm. I was not informed too much about anything.
