Good quality, but they opt for expensive routes. Been here twice for service. Once they wanted to replace my entire exhaust pipe for a 2011 Prius with some condensation at a flange. I think they proposed the expensive repair b/c they only wanted to do the job once to minimize my hassle. Fixed it myself. Second time, I came for an oil change with a $35 coupon. The experience was nice, but they charged me $100 because my car took full synthetic rather than the blend stipulated by the coupon (which I presented when dropping off the car). Was able to bargain down so $70 because they did the oil change +multipoint inspection without telling me the coupon would not apply. To their credit, they did ask me if I wanted air filters replaced instead of just doing it themselves. More

Only issue I had was I waited for 3 1/2 hours for my tire change and alignment to be done. Waited and waited with our anyone coming out to tell me that there was a line for the alignment. My service (new timing belt, water pump, fan belts) went well and was completed in a timely manner. Josh kept me up to date with the status of the repair. The service technician returned my vehicle clean well and was completed in a timely manner. Josh kept me up to date with the status of the repair. As my 4Runner is 25 years old and has 240,000 miles on it, I am thankful of the quality service that I receive at Ken Ganley. More
I was conned out of over $100. I was due to have my oil replaced last February but was talked into waiting an extra 6 months because I had put so few miles since my prior oil chan I was due to have my oil replaced last February but was talked into waiting an extra 6 months because I had put so few miles since my prior oil change. But, of course, February ended my coverage for free Maintenance under my new car purchase agreement. So I had to pay over $100. Good con!. But you will end up losing a lot more than $100 when I go elsewhere for future maintenance and new auto purchases. More
