I went there for my scheduled Oil, change and tire rotation. The service center itself is very clean. The staff is very friendly and very attentive to your questions and needs. Before I left, they showed me the cost and also let me know that I was near the end of my contract for Toyota care, and they explained my options made it very easy for me to understand. I asked for a car wash which the service advisor told me they had already done so one less thing to do overall very satisfied with Ken Ganley Toyota. More

Good quality, but they opt for expensive routes. Been here twice for service. Once they wanted to replace my entire exhaust pipe for a 2011 Prius with some condensation at a flange. I think they proposed the expensive repair b/c they only wanted to do the job once to minimize my hassle. Fixed it myself. Second time, I came for an oil change with a $35 coupon. The experience was nice, but they charged me $100 because my car took full synthetic rather than the blend stipulated by the coupon (which I presented when dropping off the car). Was able to bargain down so $70 because they did the oil change +multipoint inspection without telling me the coupon would not apply. To their credit, they did ask me if I wanted air filters replaced instead of just doing it themselves. More
