Their prices are too high. Paid less at south hills Toyota for synthetic oil as opposed to conventional which a 2007 avalon takes. Raised the price of emissions sticker by $6. More

Okay. It was more of an issue for the Service Technician quality controlling his/ her work before I was told I could pick up my car. I think a road test would have helped identify what the technician missed. Lisa Onderko was great so no complaints there. Technician just needed an extra attention to detail to QC the work.
