Never have issues going to get my suv inspection or monthly inspections. The only thing that I have been trying to deal with is my email. When I made the appointment I told them I needed the 5,000 mi. Tire rotation and and the heated seats box was pushed in on the one side. So I was there for 1 hour and 55 minutes so I thought I’d check on my car and was told they weren’t going to be able to fix the box. So I said I’ve been here this long to get my tires rotated. They told me it might take a day or so, so they got me a rental car which was nice. I had to go somewhere and then home. When I got home they called and said my car was done which was good but a little messed up. Then my tires were low on air and I was going to add air but didn’t yet, then found out they didn’t put air in them either. I would have thought that they would have done that.
