I came into the lot and looked at a few cars there. not one person came out to us and asked s what we were looking for. after 30 minutes we went inside the dealership took 10 minutes for someone to come to one person came out to us and asked s what we were looking for. after 30 minutes we went inside the dealership took 10 minutes for someone to come to use and finally someone came and asked. " what up folks what are you doing here for?" how professional. since im in my early 20's they did not take me seriously. I told them i had $2000 to put down and said i have other options of getting a 2013 honda accord. this guy just straight up tells me those cars are trash so i said I own a honda right now.... and since they are trash why do they hold their value up so long? i asked about the reliability of these cars he just tells me well volkswagen has been around for a long time... then he tells some other lady to take care of me.. okay whatever. so i told her what i wanted and i want to just test drive for today,, i wait 30 minutes for her to show me a volkswagen cc with 50k miles and i ask if they do price comparisons and they gave me some bs story of why then dont. so she left for ANOTHER 30 minutes and said she was going to pull the car around....she came back to look up other cars in their inventory list.. i told her all i wanted to do was to JUST TEST DRIVE A CC.. she left for another 30 minutes and came back and apologizes that she was showing another customer a car and asked did we want to test drive... and we said yes so she went for probably another 30 minutes ..but we left.. horrible horrible experience.. we waited a total of almost 2 hours just to test drive.. Purchased my first VW (2013 Jetta GLI) from Ganley and worked with Joe Walker from the very beginning. I worked with Joe Walker when purchasing my current automobile, my second from this dealership. Although my prior experience at Ganley when buying a new CC was good, it was not with Joe. This experienc automobile, my second from this dealership. Although my prior experience at Ganley when buying a new CC was good, it was not with Joe. This experience was substantially better than the prior one. Joe is a professional and focuses on doing the right thing for his customers. I have Nitro in my tires thus green caps on the valve stems. They were cracking and thus could cause dirt to get into them. I called my Sales Rep Joe W. he worked with Chris-Parts Manager and I expect to stems. They were cracking and thus could cause dirt to get into them. Ganley Volkswagon uses bait and switch to get you in the door. I called before driving 3 hours to see a car. They said that they had it still. I advised that I was driving out to see it from PA and that door. I called before driving 3 hours to see a car. They said that they had it still. I advised that I was driving out to see it from PA and that I would be there soon. I called again an hour before arriving and was told that it was still unsold. When I arrived they said it was sold and too bad. Major said "We sell 39,000 cars a year. We do not need your business" after I complained. AVOID THIS PLACE More

VW in Bedford and especially Joe made the purchase and selection of my first new vehicle hassle free and very efficient dealing. The dealership did not try to take up my whole afternoon for the sales p selection of my first new vehicle hassle free and very efficient dealing. The dealership did not try to take up my whole afternoon for the sales process. They let me test-drive freely without pushing me towards a purchase. The decision was totally up to me. Again they were not pushy and they provided all product related information. They had realistic and honest information/opinion. Joe also made all conditions of my contract perfectly clear and he processed the paperwork fast without mistakes. I typically, dislike going to a car dealer or dealing with a purchase of a vehicle; however, I will definitely return to Joe at VW in Bedford for the next vehicle search. I know I will not be disappointed. More
