No help from service department I bought the car little over year ago from this dealership that came off the lease. This weekend for the first time, I was going to take my tires off I bought the car little over year ago from this dealership that came off the lease. This weekend for the first time, I was going to take my tires off so I can inspect my breaks and clean the wheels. I have realized the I need a special lug lock to take the wheels off but after searching for it it was not in the trunk where the spare and the changing kits is located. I contacted the dealership and they said that they can't help me because I called in after a year. They said if it was within the first year they could help me now it's too late unless I pay them for the service to take the lugs off. The lug lock should have been there in the first place !- I said. The guy insisted that the car goes through inspection before it is sold again...ok fine...so basically says that I somehow lost the lock, and if I was to get a flat tire and I could not change it. that's totally on me unless I call for the TOW TRUCK ! All I wanted is to have the lock in my car that was't there in the first place, he said "...at some point I just have to say NO unless you pay for it or new lugs" I got two cars from these people and won't come back there anymore. Thank you. More
