I am very disappointed in the service I received, my appointment was at 1:30 and was told it would take about an hour and a half for a simple oil change then they came back and said it would take an add appointment was at 1:30 and was told it would take about an hour and a half for a simple oil change then they came back and said it would take an additional 45 minutes. The reason I made the appointment was to I wouldn't have to spend half my day there...for a simple oil change. I also asked them to correct the time which they did not. More
