Came in for my 10,000 mile service, which was provided at no cost. The work was done promptly, my car was kept clean and sanitary, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I declined to have the optional $35 no cost. The work was done promptly, my car was kept clean and sanitary, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I declined to have the optional $35 tire rotation as the tread was reported to be wearing evenly and it is a job I feel I can do on my own. More
Nothing but a waste of my time. I brought my car in because my check engine light was on. Prior to that I took my car to my regular machanic and he said the code was for a cam shaft position sensor but because my check engine light was on. Prior to that I took my car to my regular machanic and he said the code was for a cam shaft position sensor but they don’t do that work. So I brought my car here and instead of checking what I brought the car in for I received a call and was told I needed my transmission lines flushed and my brakes flushed. I’m not a mechanic but I’m 99% sure neither of those have anything to do with my engine. Even worse was that it took them 2.5 hours to do that and didn’t even have a chance to look at my engine so I’m taking my car elsewhere. More

Wait too long, and problem wasn't addressed 1str time I made an appt. Told I would be in front of line if I did. I waited 1.5 hours. to check a tire pressure light sensor that was "off".
