I took 2004 vw bug convertible in for help with the roof, something they assured me they were equipped to handle. They ended up charging me $1200 for a diagnostic that took more than a week and then presente something they assured me they were equipped to handle. They ended up charging me $1200 for a diagnostic that took more than a week and then presented me with an estimate greater than $6,000 to replace the whole roof. I ended up taking it to a local mechanic who reset the electronics in a day and charged me $100. It's worked prefectly for weeks. Never again will I go to a ganley run dealer. More

The prices are RIDICULOUSLY high.. After the technician insulted my vehical, he then tried to charge me 2 days work for the same result he found the first day. He actually refused to work on it, which was insulted my vehical, he then tried to charge me 2 days work for the same result he found the first day. He actually refused to work on it, which was absolutely RUDE! I only gave one star because they replaced 1 thing out of 10 issues I had with my vehical. The service guy was very helpful tho under the circumstances, so I gave him 5 stars cuz he himself deserved it. The technician made me never want to come back. More
