Quick and painless I planned on buying a car in April 2020 and then a pandemic happens...despite that, I was able to find the make / model I wanted with the exact option I planned on buying a car in April 2020 and then a pandemic happens...despite that, I was able to find the make / model I wanted with the exact options through Joe. Through phone and email communication we got the financials set. I was coming in from Toledo and was only at the dealership for an hour, including test drive and trade-in inspection, before I was back on the road home. I'm not a fan of the car buying experience, generally, but this was a good experience. Thanks, Joe and Ganley! More
