Hello, I also appreciate the response here. However since I sent this message 8 days ago, and since I called to report the issue after my service was completed on 3/9 12 days ago I have not received any phone call from Ganley after leaving 4 voicemails. In fact I called your dealership 3 times one day and each time was sent directly to voicemail. Only after going around the service department line to an operator and telling them was having trouble getting a person on the phone they patched me through a different ext and got me to a person. After explaining the situation I received, no apology about having to return to the dealership for an issue, was told they might be able to help and that the issue could be any number of items. I also explained again I don’t live in state and that I would need to come a specific date and would also need a loaner car and was told that might not be ok and he would look into it and call back. Well, again it’s been now a week and I haven’t any any communication via phone or Email about my appointment or anything. I’m literally at a loss here. I feel like the more I bring up these issues the less your dealership does.
