Joe is professional, helpful, and his greatest strength is being honest. He might even break into song if the 90's is on the radio. First new car purchase - 2 months in the making Darren was a great sales representative. He stuck with us for months while we made our decision on a subaru forester including color and submodel. He was patient with our extensive questions and always kept in contact. He was very personable and understood our hesitence as a new car purchaser from a young person's perspective. We would recommend Darren at Ganley to friends and family interested in any vehicle at Ganley. However, our only criticism is with the finance department at Ganley Subaru not being upfront with the interest rate when we had qualifying credit for the special incentive (this does not reflect against Darren). A more upfront conversation on finances would have been appreciated. We're lucky we're detail oriented people. More
