If I could rate this dealership no stars I would. Terrible experience. Leased in May. Computer module needs replaced, I have had the run around since then. Constantly calling, still have no use of the app to remotely start, no WIFI, no Apple play, Chris Halley is the rudest service department worker EVER! He hung up on me. John Scott has been in contact somewhat to try and get me a loaner until my part shows up but not much else has happened. I should have rode my old lease out and went with Audi. Terrible, terrible, terrible service. I know people that have had better experiences at Kia for cheaper cars. DO NOT BUY OR LEASE FROM HERE! More
