Straightforward and easy to deal with! Buying a car can be stressful and confusing with so many factors to consider- so much so that I put it off as long as I possibly could. When it finall Buying a car can be stressful and confusing with so many factors to consider- so much so that I put it off as long as I possibly could. When it finally came time to trade in my old vehicle, Darren was amazingly helpful and knowledgable about many different types of cars, not just Volkswagen. He was able to provide comparisons between vehicles and simplify pricing, features, and other things to help me make my decision. That's another reason I gave him a 5-star rating: it was MY decision, start to finish. I never felt like I was being pushed around or pressured into a decison. Darren was patient in answering my (many) questions and when I finally settled on a 2016 Honda CR-V, the paperwork was quick and painless. Everyone I dealt with at Ganley was friendly, helpful, and organized, making the car-buying process easy and stress free! More
