Just What I Asked For I have leased two cars from Joe Walker. The ease of working with him is priceless. Both of these vehicles were for my mother. I gave him her wish l I have leased two cars from Joe Walker. The ease of working with him is priceless. Both of these vehicles were for my mother. I gave him her wish list and he produced it. Everything was done when we picked up her new car. Walked in, signed, and left within 30 minutes. He even set her phone up with Bluetooth in her car. Now this was not an easy task, as my mother is in her 70's, and isn't too sure about change or the technology. Once Joe was done with showing her the hands-free option, she was smiling. Job well done Joe. Thank you for everything. One last important point is we live 40 minutes away from this dealership and continue to go back there because of Joe Walker. More

O My family and I have been long time VW owners and it takes a very special salesman to match the right German engineering to the right driving style! Our daughter loves her GOLF, my husband loved our Tourarag and I loved my 2014 Tiguan so much that I recently leased a 2017 Tiguan. Joe Walker contacted me a few months before the expiration of my lease to tell me all about the brand new Atlas SUV. He invited me to an open house to view and test drive the new member of the VW family. As soon as an Atlas arrived in his stock, Joe called me that day and encouraged me to check it out. He knew that I was thinking about something bigger than a Tiguan. I drove the Atlas and enjoyed it but was worried that it wouldn't fit in my garage alongside our other cars. Joe encouraged me to drive the Atlas home to see if it fit! I did just that and discovered that the Atlas was too big...we'd be shimmying in between cars every day! Alas, when I returned the Atlas, I went straight away back to a Tiguan--a car I loved. Joe anticipated that direction and had a wonderful Tiguan all ready and waiting for me. THIS sort of customer service is impressive and refreshing...Above and beyond and then some! More
