I got a letter from Hyundai about a recall. The temporary fix is a software update that hyundai couldn’t do over the air. I spoke with customer service who weren’t aware of the recall or update, in fact, they didn’t seem to realize the ioniq 6 is not an ioniq 5. I scheduled the work, but they had to reschedule. We rescheduled. Everyone was courteous and the update got done. I know there are not many ioniq 6s on the road, so I need to adjust expectations that the dealership and staff will be aware of them and any news. More
