Installation of wet trailer hitch assembly. My son Michael brought the new Subaru Ascent in to have the trailer hitch assembly which we ordered as part of the new car purchase installed. My most recent visit was less than satisfactory. When I looked over the summation of the work completed I noticed the service department failed to complete a service I had ordered.
