Dealership of choice!!! Nicholas R. Misch, Gary, Trey and Mike were AMAZING!!! They were genuine, to the point, kind and informative. I went to 4 dealerships prior to this on Nicholas R. Misch, Gary, Trey and Mike were AMAZING!!! They were genuine, to the point, kind and informative. I went to 4 dealerships prior to this one and they all were very shady. This is the only dealership where the team was honest about their deals, fair about pricing for my trade in and new car purchase, interest rates, warranty packages, etc. right from the start. I did a lot of research on the car buying process. Edmunds.com had this dealership listed with all their info right online about the car I was interested in. Others had the usual sales pitches on there just to get you there. When I called to inquire about the car I wanted, the sales guy, Gary went and found my options on the lot and called me back with what he had within 15 minutes. He gave me the factory deals upfront and made sure I even wanted to see the vehicle or talk to them further before I even drove in. He was not interested in just getting me to the lot to sell me something like most dealerships I dealt with. Once we got there, Nicholas Misch was right to the point. He was kind, asked me what I wanted and worked with his sales manager, Trey right in front of me to make sure they could find me a fair deal on all the aspects of the process. Mike from finance was extremely friendly and honest. He was informative about the warranty options, made sure I understand everything I was signing and wasn't pushy at all about "add-ons." Trey also gave me a $100 coupon to use for the gap warranty. Overall, these guys made me restore a little faith in the car industry. Prior to meeting them, I was disgusted with how dealerships treated people. Since I've purchased my car, several other people told me that dealership is the only one they go to. When considering this, please know that this dealership is on the Westside and I live in Willoughby. All the people I know who also go there are from the eastside too. That alone shows that a good team is worth hour drive. THANK YOU, Ganley!!! More

New Car Purchase I had had a bad experience at Ganley Hyundai in Parma a few years ago, and was leery to buy from another Ganley dealership again. However, I am so hap I had had a bad experience at Ganley Hyundai in Parma a few years ago, and was leery to buy from another Ganley dealership again. However, I am so happy I decided to stop into Ganley Hyundai Westside Imports in North Olmsted because this experience was sooooooo much better! I appreciated that the salesman didn't try to pressure me into anything I couldn't afford, and he listened to what I wanted and provided me with options. He was friendly, helpful and really changed my opinion of the Ganley dealerships. I would definitely (and have already) recommended my salesman, Nick Misch, to others. My husband actually was so impressed by my own experience, that he came in the next day and leased a new vehicle. Nick Misch also helped him, and had a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be returning my business to this dealership, Hyundai and to Nick. More

started well, ended poorly My car buying experience started out well enough but by the end, I was extremely disappointed. I went in looking for a 2016 model Santa Fe. I was tol My car buying experience started out well enough but by the end, I was extremely disappointed. I went in looking for a 2016 model Santa Fe. I was told they only had a couple left and they didn't meet my criteria. There were also no 2017 models on the lot that had what I wanted. I was looking for a blue Santa Fe Ultimate with tech package. I also wanted a trailer hitch, mudflaps, and roof rack. I was told that there were no blue SUVs in the area. I had to go with my 3rd choice in color. I can live with that. I was also told I may not get all the accessories that I asked for but that I could get them added "at cost", if I still wanted them. I assumed that would be the price quoted on the Hyundai website. I was wrong. My car did not come with mudflaps or a hitch. The price for the mudflaps was close to the website cost so I had no real issues with that. However, the hitch I was told would cost $660 - almost twice what it was when you build the car ($350). Upon inquiring about the price difference, the dealership offered to do it for $500 but told me that u-haul does it for $350. I was made to feel like I was slightly demanding and very unappreciative since the car I ended up with was the only one in a 250 mile radius and that I had gotten it for the Trucar price via USAA. I was never given the offer of ordering a car with what I wanted and having it delivered at a later time (I was in no hurry to get rid of my previous car). If I had known they would try charging me twice the listed price for a hitch, I would have requested the hitch instead of not caring what the car came with. I was trying to work with the salesman and make it easier to get the car. Like I said before, he told my husband and I that the other accessories we could get put on "at cost". My only error was to assume that the "at cost" price was the same as the factory price and he seemed to imply that it was. Because of this experience I will not be taking my car back to Ganley in the future for anything- I will go to another dealer in the area. I will be going to u-haul to have my hitch put on for the price I was told I could have it done at Ganley by the saleman. I will also be having the mudflaps put on by someone else. It is amazing that this dealership lost out on any future revenue by not working with me over $150 and by treating me like I was being unreasonable. i will never recommend this dealer to anyone I know. I will aslo be letting USAA know about how this dealer feels about people who purchase their cars for a Trucar price. Hopefully they will stop recommending them. More
