I don’t recommend this dealership. The staff are often surly and they seem to be in a big upsell in service program. I don’t trust their recommendations. By contrast, I take my other car, a Honda to Ken Ganley Honda and they are friendly, prompt and efficient. Ganley Westside VW would be wise to do some mystery shopping at Ganley Honda. Night and day. More
