Great sales experience I took over a month after first contacting a Ken Garff Sales Associate. I never felt pressure during the entire time. I was up front that I was not I took over a month after first contacting a Ken Garff Sales Associate. I never felt pressure during the entire time. I was up front that I was not ready to make the final decision on the vehicle at the time. The sales associate asked me what vehicle I was looking for I gave him an exact description of all the features I wanted. Riley was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for because I could not come down to the dealership he made a video and send it to me. Riley kept me posted on financing specific als that were being offered. I went to Ken Garff after about three weeks and test drive the vehicle but still did not purchase it at that time. Riley kept in touch and about a week later after Riley contacted me about s special financing offer I came back down to Ken Garff and purchased the vehicle. Never any pressure, they threw in a couple of add on features I asked about and I drive home in my new vehicle from Ken Garff More
