Had a great experience with this dealership. The car I wanted is hard to find, and they had one. I live in California and they still made the experience easy and pleasant. Wade the finance guy also took great care of me, looking around to get me the best rate he could and also staying late. I highly recommend this dealership. I applied for financing over the internet, and received a phone call the same day, informing me I was approved! I then drove down the next day & drove back to my financing over the internet, and received a phone call the same day, informing me I was approved! I then drove down the next day & drove back to my home in a new vehicle. Both Paula & Shelton were a pleasure to work with. Exceptional circumstances and they delivered exceptional service - "straight 5's" are not exaggerated. I purchased a used F150, but a day later and after a trip from AF to Salt Lake, I heard a "roar" in th service - "straight 5's" are not exaggerated. I purchased a used F150, but a day later and after a trip from AF to Salt Lake, I heard a "roar" in the muffler. Took it in to Ken Garff - they heard it also, but noted that the previous owner had put on an expensive "performance" muffler that creates that loud roar at certain speeds. However, without question or debate,they agreed to replaced the muffler - no charge and give me a loaner car (no charge) until the new muffler was replaced after the weekend. Well, during the weekend, I developed some medical problems that put me in the hospital for a week. We called in to talk to Paula and/or Jim to let them know what was happening. The truck muffler was done but I couldn't get there to test it out. They were very sympathetic and kind and told us to keep the loaner car until I got out of the hospital. A week later I was able to be discharged and go by and exchange the loaner car for the truck (no charge). Maybe not a big deal to some, but for me and my medical circumstances, it was a very big deal. This is the second vehicle purchased from Ken Garff, and it won't be the last.
