Our experience with that dealership pales in comparison to what we experienced at Ken Garff Ford. We will definitely go back there for our next vehicle solely because of Josh and Brandon. Jim Elliott, salesman, listened well to what I wanted in reference to price and accessories in the Ford Flex. He explained very clearly all of the different models of the Ford Flex. When I picked up my vehicle he helped me to understand all of my different options and helped me sync my phone to my car - "I was thrilled about that feature." Jim has also called me and e-mailed me to make sure my questions are answered and that I am satisfied. Wonderful dealership and I LOVE MY NEW FORD FLEX! More
I have just moved to the USA from Australia, as such I needed to purchase a vehicle, in Australia I drove a Toyota truck but decided that I would try a Ford in the USA and that a F150 was what would suit needed to purchase a vehicle, in Australia I drove a Toyota truck but decided that I would try a Ford in the USA and that a F150 was what would suit me. My wife and I reviewed the advertisements in the Salt Lake Tribune for a few days, during this time we also looked at a few dealers in Salt Lake itself, we then noticed the Ken Garff add in the paper so we decided to drive out and take a look to see what they had to offer. We were very pleased to see that they had a lot of F150 on the lot, not long after arriving and walking around the Lot Kyle approached us to see if he could assist us. We looked at a number of trucks with different options, in the end we were considering a Blue Lariat and a Red Platinum. When it came time to talk Money, Brant joined Kyle to work on a deal with us. We indicated to them at that point that we were not interested in running back and forth between dealers so they needed to give us their very best deal upfront, we did indicate though that we would shop some other dealers to see if they could match the Ken Garff deal. In the end the other dealers were not able to match it and we also felt that one of the other dealers were not being completely straight with us as the truck they were pitching to us was not the same vehicle that we wanted (it had a couple of options missing and they still could not match the Ken Garff deal). Bottomline we bought the Platinum from Ken Garff. I have to say that I was a little taken back by the way the additional maintainence plans were put to us by a third person who's name was Mark, my wife who is orginally from the USA told me later that is the way things are done here although I feel I could have been prewarned by either Kyle or Brant that this would have been part of the conversation as I really felt that we were being pressured to purchase the extra options... we not purchae them. Following the actual purchase of the truck, we had a bed extender and a spray in bed liner installed which went well except the bed extender was put in upside down but as soon as Kyle saw it he had it installed correctly. I enjoyed the overall way that I was treated by Kyle and Brandon. My issue is with the truck I purchased and beleive it is the reason why the previous owner traded it in. While driving in the 45/55 mph range in high gear the truck vibrates terribly. I asked them why the truck was priced the way it was, explained I don't have a ton of money to deal with problems. I was told that the price was due to an internet special and that the truck had gone through the dealers multi point inspection. I'm sure it did but this problem was pre-existing. I noticed it while taking a long trip where i had to drive at less than interstate speeds. Now, I'm stuck with a truck that i really enjoy accept between the speeds of 45-55 in high gear because it shakes all over the place. I can't afford to have it looked into nor can I afford to trade it. Research on the internet tells me that it's pretty common problem with super duty trucks and there really is no cure other than replacing the truck. To sum it up, Kyle and Brandon are a great team and can talk about all sorts of things while your paperwork is being processed. Don't expect them to know the truth behind the used vehicle you want to buy and do your own research before even showing up. Had I known of this problem prior to arriving on the lot, my test drive would have been much different. More

Jim was great to work with. There was a warranty item that needed attention. He took it to the Buick dealer and totally managed the work with them. We found an F150 online and talked with Paula James in internet sales. I made an offer that was not accepted, but Paula was patient and I know she spent some time talking with the sales team about the va internet sales. I was contacted by Paula a few days later and after some discussion simply made another offer and told her I would drive down the following weekend and pickup the truck if they would accept. All was agreed. The truck was ready when we arrived and was in excellent condition as I was told. I was a little disappointed in the wear on the tires as they are hard to assess by photos on the internet. All of the documentation and payment was handled efficiently and we were on our way home within a couple of hours. I did have some trouble some months later with the 4-wheel drive that needed repair. Once my mechanic figured out the problem--a transfer box shift motor-Ken Garff agreed to supply the part at no extra charge to me and it was shipped to my home in a few days. Overall, my experience with Paula and Ken Garff Ford was excellent and I will look here again for a truck when the time comes. More
We LOVED this dealership and were made to feel right at home. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we felt very comfortable. When we returned to have work done on the truck that was part of the contract, we felt like we were a nuisance whereas the previous day when they were trying to make a sale they were bending over backwards for us and treating us like kings and queens. I don't mean to say that anyone was rude or unkind, it was just a stark difference presale to postsale and unfortunately left a little bit of a bad taste in our mouths. I would come here again, it might just be the nature of the beast but it is unfortunate nonetheless. More
