Grant was very nice and made sure my questions were answered and communicated the whole time. When the car took longer than expected, he made sure I had a loaner vehicle until my car was ready. I definitely recommend their car service and Grant is awesome. More

No communication I had to call over and over after many messages and even after they said they would call me back. They said they would get me a ride since I needed to I had to call over and over after many messages and even after they said they would call me back. They said they would get me a ride since I needed to be somewhere. No call for the ride, no ride was provided, and no call after to apologize. Doesn't matter that I called them multiple times because they didn't call back. They didn't update me on my car. They fixed a problem and then the check engine light came on days later. Took them days just to do a diagnostic and they still had to send me to someone else. The lack of communication alone is enough to make you not want to come back. They'll give you a free oil change though, like you really want to even come back. More
