Chad came out immediately and greeted us and invited us to come inside to look at a truck inside in order for us to get out of the cold. We had some questions and he invited Bill to come over and help us as well, and they both dedicated a tremendous amount of time to answer all of our questions and to find exactly what my husband wanted in a truck. We are delighted that we drove away with a new truck to replace a similar truck that we had purchased over 15 years ago. I would highly recommend going in and working with Chad or Bill anytime. More

Most recent experience Vehicle had a malfunction. Called GARFF Cares and was towed to the dealership. PAM the shuttle driver went above and beyond her duties to transport me home as she traveled a path that my husband was walking home after our vehicle broke down. She picked my frozen, wet, husband up and took him home also. I was called later that evening to let me know that the repairs on my vehicle were complete.
