Good service visit done in good time. Good people and I have always had good work come out of their shop. Work was completed in good time and I can already feel the difference in driveability plus my driver's side door panel was replaced and it's good to have a solid door handle again. More

BEST CAR DEALER EVER!!! WOW!! What an experience buying a car First time in USA! Excellent service, dedication, professionalism and friendly attitude- All in all the Car purc WOW!! What an experience buying a car First time in USA! Excellent service, dedication, professionalism and friendly attitude- All in all the Car purchase was done within the hour with the best deal that I could have possibly imagined. Starting from contacting on phone (Tyler) to meeting in person with Mr. Jason and Chad was so smooth. As per ken Garff ethics they kept everything transparent including how Long the Car was in Lot and worked out the best price deal. As this is first time purchase I didn’t have insurance so they were kind enough to get that arranged immediately as well. Mr. Jason also gave us a Long test drive and patiently explained all features. Negotiation was a Breeze due to their professional ethics and friendly attitude. Subsequent delivery and full tank of gas were greatly appreciated. Ken garff has the best staff and we highly recommend to everyone we know. Thanks a TON!! More

Great customer service My husband and I went in there to just look and test drive see what we wanted to shop around for. Chad was very polite and helpful.
