Pulled my credit over 6 times. I had an approval through GM Financial, but then they wanted to try through another bank I guess. This was all news to me and apparently that did not I had an approval through GM Financial, but then they wanted to try through another bank I guess. This was all news to me and apparently that did not work. I ended buying my vehicle from another GM dealer through GM financial. To date I have received over 6 letters from banks and other financial institutions and each one of them pulled my credit "On behalf of Ken Garff GM Buick". Salesman never contacted us back so we went to a different GM Dealer and bought the truck. More

We do have a trade, but GM Financial wants a different line closed. Jason had texted and emailed us many times over the course of this process. Once the issue came up with GM he said, "we will get you done through a different financial institution". I asked him to text me the estimated breakdown of the numbers, interest rate and payment, and no response. No response to requested info, no update on the other financial institution. I guess they could not get it to work otherwise I am sure they would have called me back. More

Shady And Dishonest We found the truck that fit our families needs and began the purchasing process on Saturday afternoon. The body had a few dents and scratches, a chipp We found the truck that fit our families needs and began the purchasing process on Saturday afternoon. The body had a few dents and scratches, a chipped windshield and higher miles than we were looking for but nothing too serious. Due to a service update the truck couldn't pass an emissions test so could only be sold outside the regulated area. We happened to live in a rural area that did not require emission testing. Pricing the vehicle on kbb I felt it was listed well above its true worth and was assured by the sales team that they would lower the price to get our payment where we wanted it. Everything was going so well until I noticed the original listed sales price on the contract. Rather than keeping their word and adjusting the price they decided it would be best to adjust the finance terms adding 12 more months. We asked to see the approved finance terms and lender information but it was not complete. The manager told us the banks were not open on the weekends and it would be approved Monday morning. Not knowing if the interest rate and payment would change we decided not to sign until it was confirmed. Monday morning I received text messages from the salesman stating I had twenty minutes to take the deal. Not ten minutes later another text... "We just took the deposit . It's gone. Sorry bro." Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dealership they have zero integrity. More
