Hey buying the car was great you took and made sure my needs and questions are met. Only one complaint detailers they bring the truck to me claiming they cleaned it and made sure there was not mess...... needs and questions are met. Moment I get the truck still dirty like they never even touched it......Theres still gunk and food and drink spills left in it that now I have to clean........ Like i buy a vehicle, i expect it to be clean. Nothing left of the previous owner. Unless there is a stain that wont come out you tried everything i get that.....worst part was the detailer lied straight to my face thats what upset me...... Other wise service and sales did great not one complaint More

Your Service Manager is Condescending and rude. Treats women like they don't know anything. Waited 3 hours to have my oil changed. They broke a bracket and had to replace it Then the first time I drove it, the check engine light came on and now it's because there is a brake in the tail pipe. If they are inspecting the vehicle when they service them, why are they not finding the issues before your leave the dealership? This past year or so almost every time I leave your dealership I have another issue with something else. My vehicle has 80,000. miles on it. I use to put that many miles on in 2 years when I was working. I think you are taking advantage of elderly women and just women in general. More
