In November, I was going to purchase the Advantage Plan for Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, and the 15-point check for a value price. I appreciated the invitation to wait and purchase the package on Black Fri for Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, and the 15-point check for a value price. I appreciated the invitation to wait and purchase the package on Black Friday for an even better deal. The thing that stood out to me was that a car wash was also mentioned as part of the package, which was an additional incentive for me to select the package deal. At the end of my first service in December I noticed that the car didn't look any cleaner than when I left it. Being curious, I asked about it and was told that the car wash was no longer offered. So I drove away slightly disappointed in a dirty car. A great plus, however, was the video review of the service by the technician. I really found that helpful! More

Our previous car a 2014 Regal was scheduled for an oil change and upon return we were informed of a oil pan leak, which would cost $1,400 to repair. I did more research and discovered there was nothing wr change and upon return we were informed of a oil pan leak, which would cost $1,400 to repair. I did more research and discovered there was nothing wrong with the car. Several months ago I brought my 2020 Enclave in for warrantee work (backup camera and trailer electrical connection) neither of which were repaired. The machanics are not performing the task they claim they are. More
