Appointment for 1pm, checked in with Brandon. We were told the recall service would take 3 hers as the truck engine needed to cool so the recall service could be done. 4pm & pickup was still sit We were told the recall service would take 3 hers as the truck engine needed to cool so the recall service could be done. 4pm & pickup was still sitting in the sun where we parked it in the service line. Spoke to Brandon at 5pm. Brandon said they were going to TRY to have it out by the time they closed at 6pm. Brandon was asked if we could be taken home and brought back tomorrow. Brandon said that was not possible. Vehicle was finally taken into the work bay & put on the hoist. Spoke to the Sales Manager and he said he would check but there was not much he could do because it was not his dept. It is 5:20pm. No contact from the Service Dept as to the status. More
