I ordered a Denali 3500 Black Diamond Edition and said, multiple times, I want the towing package installed. When I arrived to sign the paperwork and pick up the truck, the towing package was not installed multiple times, I want the towing package installed. If there wasn't a shortage happening and I didn't buy a new fifth wheel before picking up the truck I would have walked away. Still upset I had to have an aftermarket installed. More
