Had a very good buying experience. Was able to find the car we wanted on line and advance purchase from out of state. Traveled from Idaho to pick up our 2014 Kia Optima and it was exac Was able to find the car we wanted on line and advance purchase from out of state. Traveled from Idaho to pick up our 2014 Kia Optima and it was exactly as represented on line. Final buying process went smooth and everyone was very helpful. We opted not to purchase an extended warranty and assumed all risk of future problems. However, only six days after purchase, engine light came one and was not able to shift gears. Cost estimate to fix was $550, so I called the dealership and asked about it. I content that this should have been a problem that was identified and fixed before putting it on market. In the end I was disappointed that they would not offer at least half the cost to get it fixed, but then again, we assumed all risk by not getting the extended warranty. More
