Not happy with oil change service. The technician broke the hinges on the cabin air compartment door. The service department ordered and installed new one at no cost. Much appreciated but technician needs to be a little more careful. Also not happy with oil on garage floor, can’t they wipe excess oil off frame when they change the oil? Also as part of oil change they also rotated the tires, and when my wife drove the car the next day she calls me and said light on dash flashing and (TMPT) needs to be checked. This should have been done when they rotated the tires. I believe the technicians need to add quality to their processes. More

The dealership has process in place so that you don't have to deal with several different folks as you finish the deal. The finance department found me a better rate than I came in with pre approved, whi have to deal with several different folks as you finish the deal. The experience was mostly pleasant and the interactions with the sales team during my two visits were also up to par. Where I hold an issue is with one of the two keys having a dead battery and the cars co with the sales team during my two visits were also up to par. Where I hold an issue is with one of the two keys having a dead battery and the cars coolant fluid level being at zero. Admittedly these are things I should have been more attentive to myself. However, as a dealership I believe it is poor practice to state a 151 point inspection will be done on the car, and then obvious lapses such as this are left for the customer to deal with less than a day after purchase. For this reason my recommendation would come with a hefty warning that the customer must complete there own thorough inspection before signing on the dotted line. More
