It took two separate visits to schedule a service appointment because your computer records are messed up. My son bought a vehicle from you many years ago but your system cannot distinguish between appointment because your computer records are messed up. My son bought a vehicle from you many years ago but your system cannot distinguish between his purchase and mine. After being told to come back on another day, We were able to get the proper purchase record and schedule an appointment. My wife took the car to the appointment. After a two hour wait, my wife asked about the extremely long wait only to find out that the car had be done for some time but those in the service department failed to notify her that the work had been completed. My wife was then dismissed and pointed to the parking lot to look for the car on her own. There was no discussion of what was noted during the service operation even though my wife specifically asked t;he to check the brakes for her. The only reason we have had any servicing done at your dealership is because it was part of our vehicle purchase. I cannot recommend your service department to anyone. More

I declined all insurance options on the iPad video but gap insurance was still added onto my contract. I asked for it to be removed. A few minutes later the finance manager came over and tried to pressure gap insurance was still added onto my contract. I asked for it to be removed. A few minutes later the finance manager came over and tried to pressure me into buying it including saying “it’s not really insurance “. I was also charged $150 for 3 oil changes that on the ad was said to be included and the salesman also said came with the vehicle. As part of the negotiation I was offered a lower interest rate instead of a lower price. I accepted. Over a week later I was called and told that the bank I agreed to wouldn’t accept that rate and it would be higher. Now I have the agreed upon rate but at a institution that has no branches near my house, and I had to come in and sign all the documents again. I’m within 10 days of my temporary registration being out of date and I haven’t heard from the bank about my loan or you about license plates. More

This was the best and easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Brent was amazing from start to finish, keeping me updated on when and what was coming in and was very responsive to all of my purchasing a vehicle.
