I will not return to a Ken Garff location again. Especially the Riverdale Buick. They replaced my fuse box in June and when it malfunctioned they didn’t honor the GM parts 12 month warranty because Especially the Riverdale Buick. They replaced my fuse box in June and when it malfunctioned they didn’t honor the GM parts 12 month warranty because I didn’t get the battery replaced with them. I didn’t replace the battery at all because once the fuse box was replaced it tested good. They were rude and disrespectful. I took my car to Young Buick in Layton and they replaced it no problem because it was still under warranty. And they replaced the battery too because when I picked my car up from Ken Garff they messed with the battery which then killed my radio and navigation center. Young said It didn’t matter that the nut was loose like Ken Gaff said.Terrible people to Work with. I’m staying with Young Automotive now. More

We have been having Ken Garff GMC service our Chevy Impala for the past 8 years (since we bought our GMC pickup there.) I not even sure how to rate you. My truck came in for body work for what was supposed to be an 8 day repair. Come this Monday it will be a month and my truck still isn’t done. The CSR is great, I am not upset about her or her communication. I just don’t understand why so many issues. I am loosing my patients with this process and doubt I would use you again. The last time I got a truck repaired with similar damage the company I used had it done when they said they would. I think my truck keeps going to the end of the line with every issue. The issues seem simple and easy to solve so I struggle with the timing of repair. I was was promised an update yesterday when I stated I must have my truck by Friday. And now nothing?? I know your shop is busy but come on! Really I used you because you were recommended by Allstate. I am starting to think that was a mistake. More
