I not even sure how to rate you. My truck came in for body work for what was supposed to be an 8 day repair. Come this Monday it will be a month and my truck still isn’t done. The CSR is great, I am not upset about her or her communication. I just don’t understand why so many issues. I am loosing my patients with this process and doubt I would use you again. The last time I got a truck repaired with similar damage the company I used had it done when they said they would. I think my truck keeps going to the end of the line with every issue. The issues seem simple and easy to solve so I struggle with the timing of repair. I was was promised an update yesterday when I stated I must have my truck by Friday. And now nothing?? I know your shop is busy but come on! Really I used you because you were recommended by Allstate. I am starting to think that was a mistake. More

Always awesome customer service when I come in. I always make an appointment to come in and they are very fast and friendly. They are not high pressure when things need to be done or fixed they just explain make an appointment to come in and they are very fast and friendly.
