Generally please with the work at Ken Garff... In my most recent visit for Transmission cooler lines, power steering lines and Hydro Boost replacement, I was less than pleased after the fact... Everything seemed to be fine until about 600 miles down the road and in another state the aftermath presented itself. I took my rig in for an alignment during which I was called by the technician. He informed me that my front Differential was dangling by two threads of one mounting bolt. The remainder were missing... The only other maintenance that had been performed was at Garff... I spoke with Garff and will be scheduling a follow up assessment and verification when I return to Utah. I know that they are better than this.. disappointing on the diff... all else was to spec. I visited the service Dept and have reviewed the issue with the good folks.. They took a look at the issue and corrected any issues promptly and with care. I am upgrading my rating out of respect for their follow up and honest effort. I trust Garff with my rigs.. This oversight could have been a bad gig had it not been caught by my alignment guy..and those issues rectified. The folks at Garff were accepting and took good care of me once I got back into town.. I would certainly take my rigs back to them for service. More

I had to bring the car back again for the same repair and then was told they had to order the part again. I was told they would call me when it came in. Three weeks later I called them to check and get an ap then was told they had to order the part again. I was told they would call me when it came in. Three weeks later I called them to check and get an appointment and found the part had not even been ordered. I am very disappointed at the level of communication with your team at this appointment and every other appointment I have had. I am very upset to have to waste my time and return again when I had already told them what the problem was. And now I am also waiting even longer because the part was not ordered. More
Took my daughters car in to get fixed. Told me it needed new rotors and brakes. They gave me the inspection report and it said brakes and rotors were in excellent shape. After further review it turns out it new rotors and brakes. They gave me the inspection report and it said brakes and rotors were in excellent shape. After further review it turns out it did not need brakes or rotors and they wanted to charge me over $400.00. They charge over $140 for diagnostic and would not refund the amount. More
Ken Garff has been the best service department I have ever used. They are timely. My vehicle is ready when they say it will be. I like the diagnostic video they include to show me everything done, and wh ever used. They are timely. My vehicle is ready when they say it will be. I've had a couple of bad experiences with the service department. This last visit was unfortunately about par for the course. I was due for an oil change so I called and scheduled it - I've never bee department. This last visit was unfortunately about par for the course. I was due for an oil change so I called and scheduled it - I've never been able to just drop in for an oil change. I also asked that they fix my window chips and look into the noises I've been hearing - knocking? I dropped off my truck the night before. It took them all day to do the oil change. They couldn't hear any noise from the engine, and they completely forgot to do the window chips (the 3rd time I've had them forget the chips). Each time they forget the chip repair they say I can come back in on Monday and they will get it taken care of. It's like they think I don't have a job. It is already a huge wait to get an oil change, and an inconvenience to not to have my vehicle. I love my truck, and would like to be able to give a good review, but I just can't. The service package is a large part of the decision on where to buy a car. I will have to give thought to whether I buy another vehicle here - because of the service department. Hopefully it will get better - I would be happy to change my review. More
Normally I have no problems with the service department,as I am usually in and out in 2 hours for an oil change. Today however I had a 9:30 a.m appointment for an oil change, didn't get serviced department,as I am usually in and out in 2 hours for an oil change. Today however I had a 9:30 a.m appointment for an oil change, didn't get serviced until 1:00 and finally left at 1:30. When others came after and left before me. I understand running a little behind or if I didn't have an appointment, but to not get serviced for 4 hours for a simple oil change, I left pretty angry. I will chalk this as a rare occurance and will still come here to get serviced. More
