I've been servicing my car here for 13 years and they always matched other Honda Dealer prices. When I booked the appointment on the phone, I was assured again they would take other Honda coupons but aft always matched other Honda Dealer prices. When I booked the appointment on the phone, I was assured again they would take other Honda coupons but after bringing in my car, they declined to accept the competitors coupons, citing the difference in price was too great. I also paid $205 to have a windshield wiper fluid leak diagnosed and was told the repair would cost $500 because it involves significant disassembly of the car to access the part. I saw the repair done on YouTube and it involved no dissassembly; you simply reach down, pull out the old part and insert the new one, which is a $1.00 grommet. Unfortunately, Culver City Honda has resorted to scamming its customers. They've lost my business. More
