He stayed in touch with us over the years so it was to contact him when we were ready. We had to wait for the car to be built but Brandon kept us updated frequently. Brandon was out of the office when our CRV arrived so he had us work with Ernie who did a terrific job turning it over to us and explaining all the new features on the vehicle.
