My initial contact was with Brandon Wilson over the phone. He sent us an excellent proposal for trading in 2 CR-Vs for 2 new CR-Vs. Gerardo Flores took over to work us through the details. We were able to take care of everything ahead of time by email and online. He had all of the paperwork ready to go when we came in to get our cars. He took the time to be sure we understood the features on our new cars. He even helped us get our phones connected to our cars and set up the Theft Patrol APP on our phones.. Excellent experience all around.
