Eddie is the best salesman I've ever worked with. Not only is he ZERO pressure, but he does EVERYTHING he can to get you in the car you need. I found the used car I was looking for at this dealership. After being made to feel the salesman wasn’t interested in helping me. Weird I know because he knew I liked the car and had taken it on 2 dealership. After being made to feel the salesman wasn’t interested in helping me. Weird I know because he knew I liked the car and had taken it on 2 test drives. I was immediately doubled teamed with the sales manager who was simply curt and arrogant. I was told the car battery had been replaced with the maintenance check so this tells me they knew it was an issue. This was a flat out lie as after I purchased the car in less than a month on an out of town trip my car wouldn’t start and the battery was old and had to be replaced. I didn’t mind replacing it - but being lied to about it - totally unprofessional. As a side note the service techs were unaware how to reset the oil change codes on my car (not a Honda) and the coolant reservoir cap was gone so coolant was spilling out in the engine area when I had the car inspected. Hmm? More
